Mansion House Antiques & Fine Art has dated this Hans Holbein Stipple Engraving to the 18th Century.
Apologies for the reflections caused when photographing through the glass.

An original stipple engraved portrait by Francesco Bartolozzi (1727-1815) of Hans Holbein, published by John Chamberlain in 1798.
This original stipple engraving also includes much work done with the rocker and other techniques. Bartolozzi was the portrait engraver par excellence in late 18th century London.

To the lower-left is engraved ''From the Original Drawing by Hans Holbein'', so Bartolozzi had copied a self-portrait - possibly the small gouache of Holbein now in the Wallace Collection.
