ANTIQUE #SA1102742

Antique Staffordshire Toby Jug

Status: This item has been sold
Sold by: In A Nutshell Antiques and Interiors

A good example of a 19th Century Toby Jug complete with its original tricorn hat. He is a traditional form, seated with a large flagon of ale in traditional clothing.

The figure is in good condition. There are signs of age and use, some minor surface marks, light knocks and some fading and wear to the paint in places but no major damages. There are a couple of small chips below the hat but it still displays very nicely.

The best description comes from the photos so please look at them all carefully and if you have any questions just ask.
