A charming Georgian 18th century oak box settle.
C1760.
Lots of character to this very useful lovely old settle. High panelled back with scrolling armrests, and turned baluster arm supports. Over a very useful panelled storage box. The seat lid is a wonderful colour, and has developed a wonderful rich warm character to the oak.
In excellent strong and very sturdy antique condition. Some expected signs of historical repair.
