In beautiful figured Rosewood veneers with Mother-of-pearl circular inlays

The barometer in good working order, measuring 39.5 inches high and with a large 10 inch dial, all in excellent condition

The dial silvered, engraved and waxed, wonderful quality as you would expect

Italian instrument makers who settled in London districts such as Clerkenwell played a significant role in manufacturing these household weather instruments.
