David Fulton RSW (1848-1930) was born in Parkhead, Scotland and studied at the Glasgow School of art. He was a painter of landscape, interiors and figurative subjects. His works were exhibited widely in principal London galleries in addition to Scottish venues.
Fulton was elected RSW 1890 and exhibited at the Royal Academy, Royal Scottish Academy (72), Royal Society of Watercolours (85), Glasgow Institute of the Fine Arts (156) and the Walker Art Gallery , Liverpool (17). He is represented at the Paisley Institute.
