Quiet Street Antiques of Bath has dated this piece to the Georgian era.
Complete with its original deeply moulded gilded wooden frame, this is apparently unsigned, although there is a period plaque to the lower edge. This painting is behind glass which has not been removed to inspect closely. 16ins x 13ins (40.5 x 33cms)
