Two small Italian Grand Tour watercolour paintings (unsigned). Both framed and behind glass.

The first is a watercolour of a mountain village scene, possibly Southern Italy / Sicily, which features a wooden bridge spanning a deep canyon. There is a ruined columned temple or similar in the background. Villagers in the foreground tending to their cattle. Dimensions: 11 inches x 9.5 inches (landscape)

The other is a framed pen & ink sketch of an Italianate Lakeside scene, possibly Lake Garda. It features a flat calm lakeside view of a group of tall houses on the shoreline. There are mountains in the background and distant villages. Dimensions: 11.5 inches x 10.5 inches (landscape).

Dated: c. 1860-80
