We are of the opinion its a studio work probably by one of Cozads pupils at Art Students League. Painted early 20th century circa 1920.

We have had the painting restored and cleaned and some paint was lost to the cheek and chin. The canvas was reattached to the boarding board. There is some craquelure to the top part of the picture. Please see photo''s
