We purchased this artwork with a collection of old drawings and paintings that had been stored in an hard backed art folder for many years. Although we have no other information about this sketch it was together with other original drawings that included attributed works to famous artists such as David Roberts RA.

Approximate age of artwork: Circa mid 19th Century Drawn on J Whatman 1852 watermarked paper.
