We purchased this artwork with a collection of old drawings and paintings that had been stored in an hard backed art folder for many years. Although we have no other information about this sketch we cannot find any other original drawing that were used for David Roberts Lithograph of this scene. This could well be one of the missing sketches that he produced.

Is the artwork Framed or Mounted: This item has been stored for many years and as such is not framed. It is Mounted on Mounting Board and Cellophane Wrapped for Protection
