Skippings Fine Arts has dated this piece to the 1920s.

Unsigned, the mysterious work has the wonderfully pure and high octane colours which were a trademark of the neo impressionists such as Paul Signac, Georges Seurat and Edouard Fer.
An oil on canvas dating from circa 1920, the painting was restored and stretched on to new strecher bars. Light but stable craquelure is preceptible. Measuring 38 x 55 cm, the overall framed size in a quality frame is 51 x 68 cm.
