Where were these pieces made?

The pieces originate primarily from European centres of glass production during the 1930s, with a strong representation from workshops in Czechoslovakia and Belgium. Craftsmen in these regions produced diverse forms ranging from perfume atomisers to large vases and decanter sets.

How do I clean enamel glass?

Cleaning requires gentle hand washing with lukewarm water and mild soap, avoiding harsh abrasives that can damage the enamel and etched surfaces. Metal mounts in chrome or brass should be kept dry to preserve the original finish.

Are atomiser pumps original?

Many perfume atomisers retain their original chrome hardware and fabric-covered bulb mechanisms, though replacements are common. Examining the fit and material age helps determine the originality of the hardware.

What colours are most common?

Black enamel, green over crystal, and clear crystal dominate the palette of this period. Contrasting blue enamel and etched details also appear frequently across jugs and vases.
