Japanese Edo (18thC or early 19thC) boxwood netsuke of a grazing horse, the hooves placed close together with a saddle cloth fastened with a sash wrapped and tied around its body with an extravagant bow. Height 5.5cm, width 3.75cm, depth 1.75cm

In worn (well loved) condition with a beautiful deep patina.
