A late 19th century French highly polished gilt bronze bust figure of a Victorian lady by Ernest Rancoulet (1870-1915).

This highly decorative bust depicts a finely dressed Victorian lady with a plumed hat, high collar with bead and lace work supported on a stepped pedestal base with artist signature.

Ernest Rancoulet was a French sculptor best known for producing bronzes of Neo classical figures of mythological creatures and society women etc.

This figure is in excellent condition for age and can go straight into a home.
