A rare and interesting cabinet bronze by P.J. Mène . 1810-1879 of two hunting dogs working in the field.
The bronze is of a light brown patina and is in very nice condition. Cast in circa 1870-1880.
P. J mène was the most famous animal sculpture after Barye.
