Antique Country Ale Jugs

19th century
Description

Three similar country ale jugs depicting figures & scenes in relief. The largest impress marked “Doulton Lambeth” on the bottom the others unmarked. The Doulton one has a matt glaze whilst the smallest has a lustre finish. There are no cracks but the middle size one has a rim chip.

The jugs depict hunting scenes, inn scenes, cottages,windmills, etc.

All our items are open to sensible offers. Prices assume collection from our base 3 miles from J22 of the M5 in Somerset. Post & packing at cost.
