A very large, original French art deco hunter kneeling on rocks attributed to Roncourt c1920-30.

Mounted on Belgian black marble base.

Unsigned by artist. Marked 'FRANCE' on rear.

Lovely bronze patina with fine casting detail.

Height including base: 42.5cm/ 17"

Height excluding base: 38cm/ 15"

Depth: 20.5cm/ 8"

Width: 65.5cm/ 26"

Weight: circa 15kg

Condition: Very good original condition. Some minor loss of patina. One or two minor edge chips to the marble. Small 2mm hole from casting process on top of head.
