A rare French, original bronze casting of a scantily clad Diana the Huntress, stroking a leopard, by C Charles (Active in France, 19th/20th Century).

Engraved 'C Charles' in cast.

Original gold gilt finish. Black marble plinth adorned with Brazilian green onyx trim.

Height including base: 30cm/ 12"

Height excluding base: 25cm/ 10"

Width: 54cm/ 22"

Depth: 20cm/ 8"

Condition: Very good original condition. Slight chipping to one of the onyx feet.
