A fine antique French pewter lidless measure of bulbous form, the measure is of an attractive small size.
 
There are two incised bands below the collar and around the middle of the measure.
 
Maker’s touch mark to the collar, a hammer with the initials I ?.
 
The measure is in excellent condition with a polished silver grey finish.
