Antique Scottish Pewter Lidded Half Pint Measure Of Early Form, Glasgow, Circa 1830

Antique Scottish pewter lidded 1/2 pint measure of early form; shell thumb piece to lid.
 
Numerous verification marks to the left of handle and front of rim for Glasgow, but no makers’ marks.
 
The measure is in excellent condition with a dull grey finish. There is a small old repair to the thumb piece.
 
Circa 1830.

Height: 5.25 in (14cm) to top of thumb piece.
 
Base diameter: 2.75in (6.9cm).
 
Rim Diameter: 2.60in (6.50cm).
