Georgian Mahogany Needlework Table

A very elegant early 19th century, George III period ''work'' or sewing table with a lift-up top above a dummy drawer, then a real drawer and a deep drawer below which continues down into the silk-lined bag. Standing on square tapering legs with original brass castors, joined by turned cross-stretchers.
 
A very attractive example and in excellent original condition.
