Antique Goliath Pocket Watch, C1900

Description

Antique goliath pocket watch, c1900.

The watch has a good quality stem-winding movement which is working nicely. The movement is covered by a clear lens so that it can be safely viewed, and also an inner cover.

The watch measures 65.5mm diameter excluding the winding stem and the loop, so larger than a standard 50mm pocket watch. The case is nickel. The front and sides are in good condition, the back of the watch has an indentation.

The glass lens is in good condition, just a couple of small marks, not serious at all.

The dial is in super condition with pin-set hands, outer minute track and a nicely detailed subsidiary seconds dial.

The watch comes in a new presentation box.

We are an on-line only business and do not have facilities for callers. Our offices are open from Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm.

With regards to appraisals / valuations, we receive a huge number of information requests each day and unfortunately do not have the manpower to deal with them all individually. Our advice would be to contact a local auctioneer for a full appraisal.
