Mid 19th century statue of the Chinese Goddess Guanyin standing on a dragon fish, c1850. This is a fine quality, large example standing 47cm tall and weighing 5.4kg. The statue is well cast with lovely fine detail to the fish scales, features, robes etc. Gilt highlights enhance the decorative appeal and this is a piece that would display extremely well in any home. The bronze has taken on great colour/patina and overall condition is very good.
