The Fancy Fox has dated this piece to the Regency era.
Feathered gilt rims and handle edge, finishing with an acanthus leaf on the thumb rest. Well painted garden flowers in bright enamels decorate the centre of each piece. Both pieces marked with pattern number 4058 in gilt, c.1825.

The cup measures 7cm (2 3/4") high the rim and 8.8cm (3 1/2") rim to rim. The saucer measures 14.5cm (5 3/42) wide and 2cm (3/4") high.
In excellent condition with no damage, repair or restoration. Very minor handling wear to the rim of the cup handling wear to the cup. The glaze is very finely crazed as is often for this manufacturer and shape.
