Royal Worcester Blush Ivory Porcelain Painted Jug 1889

Description

Lovely Decorated Royal Worcester Blush Ivory Porcelain Jug, I believe it to be dated 1889. This jug is beautifully Hand-painted-with floral blossoms and foliage in subtle shades of pink, purple and blue. Gilded highlights to the base and shaped spout. Puce printed mark for 1889 with associated painters marks, impressed ‘w’ to glaze on rim.

Approx 17cm high from tip of spout to base. 5cm spout opening. Condition slight rubbing to gilding on spout only. Unrestored. This is a Beautiful jug, it’s even better than the photos, so delicately painted amazing.
