Description

A stunning coffee with saucer and silver holder by William Comyns, hallmarked Birmingham 1894 with beautiful cherub and foliate decoration with dragon handle, all of beautiful quality and condition. The coffee can and saucer carry the Crown Staffordshire eggshell porcelain marks for 1889 - 1912.

The silver holder is in perfect condition, hallmarks sharp and clear. The saucer is also free from faults. The can has a minor chip to the rim edge as illustrated. This is mentioned for complete accuracy and does not distract from this beautiful object.
