Antique Victorian Mahogany Washstand | Raised Gallery

Antique 19th century Victorian washstand in mahogany, a charming and beautifully proportioned piece with an elegant light appearance.

Standing on four turned legs, the wash stand features a useful lower shelf to the base, adding practicality while complementing its traditional design.

Two drawers sit beneath the top and provide convenient space for smaller items, while a raised gallery adds an attractive finishing detail.

The lighter tone of the mahogany gives the piece a particularly warm and inviting character, allowing the gorgeous grain and natural variations in colour to show beautifully throughout.

Its versatile design means it could now be used as a side table, hallway piece, bedside table or decorative stand, giving it plenty of possibilities within a modern home.

In good condition, well made and of good quality, this highly desirable Victorian wash stand is full of character and offers a lovely way to introduce an authentic antique piece into an interior.
