Chamberlains Worcester porcelain cream jug, c. 1820. Finely hand painted by George Davis, with Fancy Birds, within gilt scroll panels. Further panels of insects adorn this elegant jug, all on a gilt cobalt blue ground.

Length – 13.2 cm, 5 1/8”.

Bright – 11 cm, 4 1/4”.

Condition – Slight wear to the gilding. No damage. No restoration.
