Royal Worcester Painted Fruit miniature cup (gilt interior) and saucer painted by Richard Setbright. Signed A Sebright and dated 1911-1912. Cup 5cm high x 5.3cm diameter, saucer 9.8cm diameter.

Excellent condition.

Richard Sebright (active 1882-1946) worked at the Royal Worcester factory for a total of fifty-six years and is possibly the most highly regarded fruit painter of all time. His pieces are highly prized and feature exquisite fruit, such as peaches, pears, apples and grapes, characterised by rich, naturalistic colours.
