A solid oak Monks Bench of good colour and condition from the 1920''s. The bench has a hinged seat which lifts to provide storage space. The back tilts and slides forward to covert to a flat table top. Nice decorative features of carving to the front panels and tactile bobbin turned supports to the arms.
