Antique Pine Flip Over Railway Bench

Description

A solid antique pine flip over railway bench. The antique pitch pine railway bench has a flip over backrest raised on iron supports and a solid plank seat. The antique railway bench is raised on cast iron shaped sides, with pitch pine stretcher supports. A rather pleasing example, with wonderful grain throughout.

CONDITION REPORT:

Overall in good antique condition, consistent with age and use. The piece shows expected surface wear, including age-related marks and scratches throughout. There is some staining to the back and seat areas, along with minor dents to the back, all of which add to the character and authenticity of the item.
