A 19th Century English Strap Iron and Wooden Bench C1870, 185cm French Blue.

A fine quality 19th century, English country house garden bench, recently restored and sympathetically painted to recreate a timeworn paint effect, with some new wooden slates and new bolts. Excellent structural condition.

A superbly stylish and structurally excellent 19th century antique hand forged wrought iron bench with wooden seat and back rest, showing a timeworn appearance with an elegant French blue, skilfully applied with weatherproof materials and aged to indicate a charming patination.
