An Original Georgian Painted Antique Pine Vernacular Country Lambing Chair/table

This chair / table is in good condition. We purchased it from a dealer in Scotland who buys from a dealer in Ireland. It is a typical vernacular country chair that is stunning. Please buy with confidence.

The chair would look well in any old or modern property amonst similar country furniture or in a very tiny country cottage or a small apartment. If you are tight for space it can be used for a chair or a 6 seater table for christmas or birthday parties etc.

The chair stands on square legs that are beautifully chamfered. There is a dummy drawer beneath the seat with ceramic handles. The seat is in good condition and totally worn as you would expect the paintwork to be. There are two arms. The back rest has three planks and some little round cushions that sit upon the arms. When it is in use the table can comfortably seat 6 people.

The height as a chair is 189cm, the seat height is 42cm, the width is 83cm and the depth is 61cm. The height as a table is 76cm, the width is 169cm and the depth is 83cm

WE OFFER FREE DELIVERY TO ENGLAND, WALES, AND SCOTLAND (BELOW PERTH)

Shipping /delivery is equally as important to us as the item of furniture itself. It is simple; we deliver everything personally in England / Wales so this way we are 100% sure that the item / furniture reaches our customers safe and sound. We NEVER use couriers. Delivery is generally within 7-14 days of purchase. We guarantee delivery anywhere in England / Wales within 21 days of purchase.

Deliveries to Scotland as far north as Perth are guaranteed within 6 weeks of purchase. If delivery is required above Perth in Scotland please contact James on 07957 392 074 or

Deliveries are either carried out by David or James as one member of the team is required to stay in the warehouse, therefore we do require assistance from the van into your hallway with the item of furniture. We have set delivery days and once the van is loaded (a day prior to delivery) David will call customers to arrange a two hour delivery time slot. Customers will also receive a text when delivery is 30 minutes away.

It is really helpful if customers can provide their ‘what3words’ location to make delivery as smooth

as possible, especially properties in rural locations.

Ireland Deliveries

We do use a very good courier company called DVM Service to deliver goods to Ireland. We ask the customer to pay this company direct for the delivery charge and we then liaise with DVM regarding collection of a customer’s item of furniture to be shipped to Ireland.

Europe & Rest of the World

We do not ship to Europe or the Rest of the World.
