Fine Quality Early 19th C Rosewood Bookcase / Display Cabinet

Description

A very smart bookcase/display cabinet from the Regency/Geo IV period. It is veneered in very well figured rosewood and is in good unrestored "country house" condition.

To either side are open bookcase sections each with two adjustable shelves. To the center is a further bookcase/display cabinet section with a glazed door, also with two adjustable shelves.

To the top there is a further display area supported by turned columns and fitted with a gilt brass gallery.

It all stands on small turned feet.
