Gillers Antiques Ltd has dated this piece to the 19th Century.
Sumptuous gold plating makes this a wonderful example of the Empire style.

This shape and gold/white palette were very popular at the turn of the 19th century; similar examples were produced by Royal Vienna as well as Sevres.
This pitcher was decorated by Jean-Pierre Feuillet (active 1814–1834). The base is unmarked, but the jug came from the same estate collection as my other Old Paris items for sale. Please have a look.
