The Fancy Fox has dated this piece to the Georgian era.
Gilt roses are painted over the salmon panels with sawtooth edges and a gilt sawtooth and pale blue enamel frieze around the rims. Pattern number 2/585 painted in red to the underside of both, c.1815.

The cup measures 6.1cm (2 3/8") high to the rim and 7.1cm (2 13/16") rim to rim, The saucer is 14.6cm (3 3/4") wide and 3cm (1 3/16") high.
In very good condition with just a couple of small foot rim chips to the saucer, no repair or restoration. Very minor handling wear, just a bit of wear to the gilt on the lower half of the outside of the cup.
