Victorian Walnut Canterbury Whatnot

A beautifully crafted Victorian antique walnut Canterbury whatnot. The Canterbury whatnot has a decorative pierced gallery to the top, raised on turned upright supports. The lower section has two divides, creating three storage compartments above a single drawer to the base. Raised on four baluster turned legs with ceramic castors. Originally used for storing magazines and records, however we believe it can also function as a funky drinks trolley. A rather pleasing example, with delicate carvings and beautiful grain detail throughout.

In excellent antique condition throughout with some signs of age. There is surface wear in places including age-related marks and scratches to the surface top and storage compartments (pictured).
