Description

A really lovely quality bentwood hall stand that is of a space-saving design intended to go flat against a wall. It has gracefully scrolling foot supports with a demi-lune stick & umbrella retaining ring. The gently tapering cluster column supports four double hooks and is surmounted by a beehive finial. Excellent original condition, a rich colour, and with no breaks or repairs. It dates from the early part of the 20th century, c.1920.
