CONDITION REPORT:

In good antique condition overall, with typical signs of age and use. The washstand shows surface wear, including marks and scratches throughout, along with some loss to the marble top and staining to the undertier shelf. Despite these age-related characteristics, the piece remains sturdy and retains its charm and functionality.
