Antique William IV Mahogany Occasional Side Table

19th century
Description

A wonderful antique William IV mahogany occasional side table. This was made in England, it dates from the 1830-1850 period.

This is of incredibly fine quality, the base displays beautiful and profuse carving. The top and lower tiers are serpentine shaped, with beading around the edges. This is finished identically front and back, so can be used as a free standing item.

We have had this stripped and re-polished to a very high standard, the condition is excellent for its age. Some extremely minor wear and patina remains here and there beneath the polish.
