Description

A charming and very well made antique lacquered chinoiserie two tier side table. This was made in England, it dates from around the 1910-20’s.

It is of great quality and is a very useful size, nicely finished on all sides so it can be used as a free standing item. It has serpentine shaped edges, it stands on cabriole legs terminating in claw and ball feet. There are gorgeous hand painted oriental style motifs throughout.

This has plenty of character and charm, it is in good condition for its age. There are various small marks and indentations here and there, there is one very small crack on the outer edge of the top corner, which is probably movement of the wood over the years.
