Large Chinese Hardwood Marble Topped Plant Stand

Description

As part of our oriental collection we are pleased to offer this superb quality 19th century Chinese hardwood plant or vase stand ,the hexagonal beaded and marble inset top stands on four crisply carved curved legs united by a decorative lower cross stretcher , the heavily pierced and carved top apron is as crisp and well carved as they come , we usually have a few of these type of stands in stock ,however the good ones dont last long as you will see from our sold archive.

The condition is complete and original with no damage or losses , the top border has been polished through to a lighter colour in places which only adds to its charm, but can be darkened back if required , ready for immediate use in your home !!
