Description

West persia,early 20th century.

Well worn with a small patch,complete side cord losses,reinforced from rear to sides to prevent further loss,fringes even and secure. Been dusted from rear,all imaged.

Has some nice colours including a yellow. These rugs are great as inexpensive floor coverings with that worn look also.

6 foot 7 inches by 4 foot 4 inches. 202cm X 133cm. At widest points. Fringes not measured in size. Wool pile hand knotted onto cotton foundations with wefts dyed light blue.
