Antique Country House Sarab Rug. 183cm X 112cm.

Description

An early 20th century country house shabby chic persian sarab rug. Dark blue centre ground with an outer toffee ground with stylised geometric ''trees''. Has been hand washed,last three images,plenty images to peruse.

All over low pile with a great worn all over subtle look. Top end with outer guard stripe loss but even with a fringe. All neat and tidy with conservators tape to rear for extra strength.

Size is 6 foot by 3 foot 8 inches. 183cm by 112cm. At widest points. Wool pile hand knotted onto cotton warp and wool weft threads.

Weighs 5.1kg. U.k post £16.

Price only £250 gbp. For the ''look''. Bank transfers,discussions,etc all welcomed.
