A Handsome Georgian Regency Hobnail Cut Bucket Rummer

Description

A handsome cut glass rummer, dating from the Georgian Regency period. The stem has a rounded knop with porthole cutting and the base is cut with a multipoint star. The bucket shaped bowl has a band of slice cutting to the base and a wide band of hobnail cutting above, so typical of the era. A super glass, practical for beer, wine or spirits and a lovely gift idea. Dimensions below.
