A fine quality Victorian mahogany chest of drawers, dating to the mid–late 19th century. Well proportioned, the chest is arranged as two short drawers over four long graduating drawers, offering excellent practical storage.

Crafted in rich mahogany with a warm, attractive grain, the drawers feature cockbeaded fronts and are fitted with their original turned wooden handles and locks.

The drawers run smoothly and are constructed with solid oak linings.

The piece stands on a plinth base and presents well overall.
