A Lovely Diminutive Mid Victorian Mahogany Chest of Drawers.

Victorian quality! This is a very special piece of furniture! A lovely diminutive mid Victorian mahogany chest of drawers of striking proportions. This wonderful chest has a hidden frieze drawer, which is opened from the sides and a great hiding place as it doesn’t immediately look like a drawer. The five further drawers are fitted with elegant original turned knob handles and are supported on a plinth base. This is one of, if not the, nicest chests of drawers of this type that we have ever had the pleasure of handling. The whole chest is in lovely original condition & has obviously been pampered all its life. Please see our other listings for more antique, retro and vintage furniture.
