A superb quality French centre table of refined Louis XVI taste, beautifully executed in rich burr walnut and extensively decorated with intricate marquetry. The shaped top is centred by an elegant urn overflowing with flowers, framed within a finely detailed arrangement of scrolling foliage, ribbonwork and floral inlays, demonstrating exceptional craftsmanship and attention to detail.

The frieze continues the decorative theme with scrolling marquetry panels, further enhanced by crisp ormolu mounts and mouldings.
