This fine Jacobean oak chest of drawers dates from the late 17th century and displays the robust construction and restrained decorative character typical of the period. Crafted from solid oak with a rich, warm patina developed over centuries, the chest offers both historical presence and practical storage.

The chest is fitted with five graduated drawers, each running on traditional oak side runners, a clear indicator of early drawer construction.
