This is a Magnificent Statement Piece and Genuine 19th Century French Chic Furnishing, the Gold frame has a charming original gold leaf finish it is decorated with an elaborate and very attractive edging around culminating at the top with an 13” Shell and Acanthus Cornice

The mirror frame is in generally good condition with very little wear, the looking glass also is good, this is a sound and heavy piece
